When I created Luvaé Beauty, I did it thinking about the people and families in our community who give so much of themselves every day. I created this space with you in mind, to make quality care more accessible — a place where you can come in for your brows, waxing, or skin treatments without having to go far, and where taking care of yourself feels possible. At this time, Luvaé Beauty offers select esthetic services focused on care, comfort, and intention. As the business continues to grow, additional services and areas of the salon will be thoughtfully expanded. Luvaé Beauty was created with our community in mind — a calm, welcoming space where self-care feels intentional, meaningful, and close to home. This space was created with you in mind.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. •Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and respect for our time, the following policy applies: • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • The deposit will be applied to your service total only when the appointment is completed. Cancellations & Reschedules • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in loss of deposit, regardless of the reason. Late Arrivals • Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late will have their appointment canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited. No-Shows • Failure to arrive without notice will result in loss of deposit and may lead to restricted future bookings. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment or may result in booking limitations at our discretion. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
